Carlos,  J21 Consulting’s senior partner and co-founder of J21 Ventures, has been involved in the telecommunications industry since 2000: first as financial manager in Siemens Carrier Networks in Spain and as CFO in Nokia Siemens Networks Iberia since 2007. His latest role was Head of Organizational Development for Europe, leading major business transformation, integration and turnaround in Europe.

Carlos earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration and graduated from Duke University’s Business School Advance Management Program (Fuqua School of Business, USA).
